Position Summary: 

VP, Client Service

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the Vice President of Client Services is responsible for the overall leadership to all staff, students and volunteers across the organization. The Vice President of Client Services provides strategic direction and development to all programs, maintains external stakeholder relationships, is accountable for overseeing service delivery objectives and achieving service targets set out by the MSAA. The Vice President of Client Services responsible for ensuring that all departmental activities/Operational plans are fully aligned with the organization’s strategic priorities.

 

 

Corporate Coordinator

Position Summary: 

Corporate Coordinator

Reporting to The Chief Executive Officer, the Corporate Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of organization-wide responsibilities. These include governance support, maintaining the corporate calendar of activities, serving as policy custodian, supporting accreditation preparation, and assisting in the maintenance of the electronic document repository (e.g., SharePoint).

Training and Development Specialist

Position Summary: 

Training and Development Specialist

Reporting to the Director, Human Resources, the Training and Development Specialist (TDS) is responsible for developing and delivering corporate training programs enhance employee skills, knowledge and competencies. Working within a defined training framework, the TDS coordinates mandatory training, while maintaining training materials, reporting completion rates and managing the learning management system (LMS). The TDS works with both internal and external subject matter experts (SME) to meet learning objectives.

Procurement and Contract Manager

Position Summary: 

Procurement and Contract Manager 

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Procurement & Contract Manager will establish and oversee CANES’ internal Vendor of Record (VOR) listing, manage access to and compliance with the Ministry of Health’s VOR arrangements, and work collaboratively with internal subject matter experts (SMEs) to support program-specific procurement needs. This role is essential in ensuring compliance with the Broader Public Sector Procurement Directive (BPS PD), CANES’ F1 Purchasing & Delegation of Authority Policy, and the Building Ontario Business Initiative (BOBI), among others. Through strong contract and vendor management, this role will drive operational efficiency, ensure audit readiness, and deliver measurable cost savings.
