This service is for family members and/or caregivers of an elderly person. Our Social Worker offers individualized support, guidance, and resources, providing valuable assistance in coping with various social and emotional challenges.

Who can use this service: 

Anyone aged 55 and over residing in the Etobicoke, Woodbridge, Malton and Brampton areas.

Or anyone caring for an elderly or isolated person who needs support, guidance, or assistance with daily living activities. We serve the Etobicoke, Brampton, Malton, and Woodbridge areas.

How this service works: 

Individual support sessions offer a caring and non-judgmental environment, conducive to sharing and problem-solving, under the guidance of the counsellor.

Individualized case management services offered to isolated and vulnerable seniors at risk, in the short and long term.

Our Social Worker meets with the client at their home or at an agreed location. Following this initial contact, they can propose short-term or long-term support, depending on the client's needs.
