What is Personal Care?

Skilled personal support workers assist with daily living tasks, including bathing and personal hygiene, hair care, meal assistance, and social stimulation.

These services can be combined with household chores such as vacuuming, dusting, laundry, and various other domestic tasks. Each service is provided by a single home care worker.

Personal care services allow clients to receive assistance from a caregiver for personal hygiene and household tasks. This personalized care enables them to remain in their own homes for as long as possible.

Who can use this service:

Anyone aged 65 and over living in the Etobicoke, Brampton, Malton or Woodbridge areas.
