Heroes in the Home Award
Every day, ordinary people go to extraordinary lengths to improve the lives of those limited by age, illness and disability.
The Central West Local Health Integration Network (LHIN) celebrates these caregivers – both paid and unpaid – through the Heroes in the Home Caregiver Recognition Awards.
