Collaborating with a new Chief Executive Officer and refreshed leadership team, the Board is looking to shape a new strategic plan that will create social impact for the diverse communities of Etobicoke, Brampton, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Oakville, and Halton Hills

Director Experience Requirement:

• A minimum of 1–2 years of previous committee and leadership experience

• The ability to contribute at a governance and strategic level, distinct from operational management

• Previous not-for-profit and community-based board experience is considered an asset

Priority Competencies:

• Health care administration and health policy

• Clinical expertise and/or health system knowledge

• Government relations or public affairs

• Communications

• Patient/client and broader health care experience (including lived experience perspectives)

• Finance and financial oversight • Human resources and people strategy

We are committed to building a Board that reflects the diversity of the communities we serve and strongly encourage applications from individuals with diverse lived and professional experiences.
