CANES Elects New Board Members

CANES Community Care is pleased to announce its’ new Board of Directors for the 2022/23 term.

Doug Thomas, CPA – re-elected as Board Chair for a second term

Kelly Stadelbauer, MBA – re-elected as Vice Chair and appointed Chair of the Continuous Quality Improvement Committee (CQI)

Joe McReynolds, MSW re-elected as a Director and re-appointed as Chair of the Governance and Human Resources Committee (GHRC)

Janet Cadigan, RN – re-elected as a Director and re-appointed as Chair of the Government and Stakeholder Relations Committee

Carla Eisnor, CPA – re-elected as a Director and appointed Chair of the Audit, Finance and Risk Management Committee

Lori Holloway, MBA, ICD.D - Elected for the 2022/23 term

Lindsay Cox, MHA - Elected for the 2022/23 term

“CANES is now well positioned to implement a number of governance best practices that will strengthen our organization as it continues to respond to the increasing demand for services” stated Doug Thomas, Board Chair. “We welcome back many Directors to continue to serve our agency and are pleased that Lori Holloway and Lindsay Cox now bring their expertise and experience in serving seniors to our Board of Directors”.

“Our new Board of Directors will focus on strategy, risk and compliance issues as our organization continues to strengthen its programs and services to better serve our growing list of clients” noted Gord Gunning, CEO. “We are very fortunate to have such well qualified individuals willing to volunteer on our Board of Directors and provide their guidance and advice as our health system faces many new challenges”.
