Supervisor, Caregiver Support & Counselling

The supervisor will provide outreach and advocacy services, counseling and care planning to individuals and caregivers directly and through support group leadership. In addition, the Supervisor will be responsible for community development, assistance in acquiring program funding and consultation with stakeholders.
