Who can use this service: 

Any senior 65+ or if you are an adult who lives with a physical disability who lives in one of the following CANES' Assisted Living building locations.

Highway Terraces, 2314 Islington Ave.

RJ Smith Apts. 101, 111, 121 Kendleton Dr.

West Acres Apts. 1-15 Arbordell Rd.

Antonio Mazzotta Building.  88 Humber College Blvd.

How this service works: 

Personal Support Workers (PSWs) provide Personal Care, Homemaking and emergency response 24 hours 7 days a week to seniors living in our designated buildings listed above.

Residents of Supportive Housing locations maintain a sense of community with the people in their building

Seniors who do not live in these buildings:  For vacancy information contact Toronto Community Housing Corp.
