This service is for family members and/or others caring for a senior. Our counselor provides individual support, advocacy and resources, navigating assistance with a variety of social and emotional issues.
Any senior 55+ living in the Etobicoke, Woodbridge, Malton and Brampton areas.
Or, any person who provides care for a senior or any isolated seniors requiring advocacy, counselling or navigating assistance with daily living. We serve the areas of Etobicoke, Brampton, Malton, and Woodbridge areas.
Private support sessions provide a non-judgmental atmosphere for sharing and problem solving, led by the counselor.
One-on-one case management services provided to isolated and vulnerable at-risk seniors, both short and long term.
Our Counsellor meets with the client either in their home or designated area. After initial contact, our counselor may provide short-term or long-term supports, depending on the needs of the client.
