We are seeking individuals with expertise in either Human Resources, Information Technology,
Enterprise Risk Management, Governance and/or senior management leadership experience to
join CANES’ Board of Directors.
The term is three years with potential to serve a maximum of three terms. Participation on the
Board involves attending Board meetings which are held on the last Tuesday of every month, with
exception of the months of July, August and December. CANES’ Board members are required to
participate on at least one sub-committee of the Board. Sub-committee meetings are held on a
quarterly basis. Board members also attend the Strategic Planning session which is held on an
annual basis in January and our Annual Community Forum held in June.
