Who can use this service: 

Anyone can use The CANES Community Pharmacy as it is located in the CANES Family Health Team office.

Clients of CANES are encouraged to enroll with one of the Physicians at the Family Health Team.  This makes it easier for CANES clients to continue using the same supports available to them located all under the same roof.
