Personal Support Workers

Position Summary: 

CANES Community Care is a multi-service agency that offers many support services for seniors and adults with disabilities. CANES is looking for Personal Support Workers to provide personal, palliative care, housekeeping and respite services to frail elderly persons and adults with disabilities in our Community or Supportive Housing Sites.

Qualifications: 
  • Workers must have a Personal Support Worker Certificate and at least 1 year experience
  • First Aid/CPR Certification an asset
  • Able to communicate (written and oral) in English
  • Physically and emotionally able to perform with seniors and adults with disabilities
